    I haven't received an email to confirm my account.

    If you have not received an email to confirm your account there are a few options you can try. 

    Check your spam folder

    Sometimes our emails may accidentally get sent to spam. To ensure this does not happen, be sure to add and to your contact list. For Gmail/Inbox users, make sure you move one of our emails from the "Promotions" tab to the "Primary" tab. 

    I still haven't received the email and it's not in my spam folder

    If you have not received the confirmation email, and it's not in spam, this could be due to a company firewall. If this happens,  you can either change your account email to a personal one in your "My Settings" page or you can contact
