Are you missing out on emails from VTR Learning but aren't sure why? Here are some reasons why that could be happening and how to start receiving emails.
Check your spam folder
Sometimes our emails may accidentally get sent to spam. To ensure this does not happen, be sure to add email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to your contact list. For Gmail/Inbox users, make sure you move one of our emails from the "Promotions" tab to the "Primary" tab.
You've previously unsubscribed
If you've previously unsubscribed from VTR Learning's emails, you will not receive them in your inbox. If you are interested in subscribing again, you can update your email preferences here.
Using company email
If you are not receiving emails, the emails are not in spam, and you haven't unsubscribed, it's time to take a look at the email associated with your account.
If you are using a work email address, incoming emails from VTR Learning could be blocked due to a firewall at your company. If this is the case, we recommend you change your account email to a personal email in your "My Settings" page. If you have any questions or issues while doing so, you can contact email@example.com.
