    Here at VTR, we believe no platform built for learning is complete without support for its learners and instructors, and that's why we created our growing library of articles and FAQs!

    If there's a question or issue not addressed in our knowledge base, our Customer Success team can be reached at We are available to answer questions and resolve any technical issues you may encounter.

    General Support Hours:

    • Mon - Fri 9 am - 9 pm CT
    • Saturday 9 am - 9 pm CT

    Currently, we do not offer support on Sundays or Holidays, but will get back with you first thing the next business day.


    So that we can offer the best service with our small team of real humans, we specialize in providing customer service and technical support online only at this time. We thank you for your patience with us as we grow to serve you better. :)
